Delivery Information

All products are kept in stock with the manufacturer.  However, on rare occasions products may be out of stock.  This can increase the lead time from your purchase date.  If this is the case with your order, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to inform you of the delay.  If the delay on the product is not acceptable for you; we will offer you an alternative, if you require, we will cancel the order and offer you a refund.

Delivery Information

Puravida offers FREE delivery on lots of products, however, delivery charges apply for certain manufacturers.  Puravida Bathrooms uses the services below for free or paid deliveries and wherever possible, the quickest and best delivery service is always chosen.

-    The delivery services shown above apply from the date we receive the goods from the manufacturer. Please refer to the delivery time shown on the product for the total delivery timeframe, from time of order to you receiving the goods.
-    Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will be on a 2 to 5 day delivery service.

At Puravida Bathrooms, we pride ourselves on our personal service as if you were a customer physically in our showroom, dealing with you face to face.  We strive to ensure that the highest standards are met with regards to delivery, offering you a hassle free and seamless online buying experience.  All our product delivery time frames are realistic and accurate and are constantly monitored and updated if required.

It is not possible to stock everything due to the sheer volume of styles, sizes and colour variations associated with bathroom products.  Therefore, in most cases we order directly from the manufacturer’s or suppliers.  The accurate delivery timeframe will be stated on the product page, this includes the time from placing your order to the time of you receiving the goods.

Ordering Advice

It is advisable not to book tradesmen until you have received and checked the goods.  Puravida Bathrooms will not be held responsible for costs incurred by you from tradesmen due to products not being in your possession, whether delayed or otherwise not arriving in time.

On receipt of goods, we recommend you check all items and report any problems within 24 hours and certainly before any preparation work is completed on your bathroom project.

Puravida Bathrooms will not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a result of faults or damage to an item or a delayed delivery of items by Puravida Bathrooms or any third party.

Manufacturer Direct Deliveries

Some manufacturers offer a direct delivery service from the manufacturer to you.  This service improves the delivery timeframe and keeps the handling of the goods to a minimum.  If this is the case, we will inform you by email shortly after you have placed the order with us.

Puravida Bathrooms Delivery Service

For local deliveries (within a 60 mile radius) for large items or multiple items we deliver on our own delivery vehicles.  We will allocate our earliest delivery slot for your order and our delivery team will be in touch to arrange further delivery information with you and provide you with a delivery time slot. Please note; for larger items we may require assistance with unloading, this will be advised when we contact you.

Further Delivery Information

  • Puravida Bathrooms will aim to organise delivery of goods with the quickest and most reliable delivery service.  Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen events and may be beyond our control, however, we aim to keep you as up to date as possible.

  • All quoted delivery prices are for most UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man will incur additional delivery costs and extended delivery timeframe. On receipt of your order, we will notify you of any delays.

Advice on Accepting Deliveries

  • It is necessary for all goods to be signed for on receipt.
  • Courier deliveries will be made to your doorstep between 8am up to 6pm.
  • For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. It is recommended that at least 2 people are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside. The delivery driver is not insured to take the goods inside your property.
  • On receipt of goods, we recommend you check all items and report any problems to us by email within 24 hours or within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If you are unable to check the delivery within the 24 hour timeframe, please sign for the delivery as ‘UNCHECKED’.
  • If the goods arrive with damaged outer packaging, however, there seems to be no visible damage to the goods, please sign for the delivery as ‘DAMAGED PACKAGING & UNCHECKED’. Please contact us immediately by email to notify us and send photos of the damage incurred.
  • If the goods arrive and clearly look damaged, please REJECT the delivery entirely due to damage.  If possible, please take photos for evidence. Please notify us immediately so we can organise a replacement as soon as possible for you.
  • If you find any damage, or discover that parts are missing from the delivery, you must contact us immediately by email or telephone within 24 hours.  Puravida Bathrooms will not accept liability for any claims for goods which are damaged, incorrect, shortage or with missing parts which are not notified within a reasonable time after the goods are delivered.

Advice on Unpacking & Installing Items

  • Most manufacturers employ a highly accurate weighing system to ensure a package is complete.  This system can identify if the smallest of parts are missing from a product before they leave the manufacturer.
  • Our installation teams install the products we sell all the time.  In our experience shortages are extremely rare and yet the number of shortages for products we supply direct to our customers is surprisingly high.  It is the case that, not all, but most items that are reported as missing are unfortunately ‘lost’ or inadvertently discarded by an installer during unpacking or installation.
  • Please ensure that packaging is thoroughly checked to ensure all the fixtures and fittings are present before discarding the packaging.
  • If unpacking an item to evaluate its requirements during the first fix stage of the installation please take extra care to ensure that all fixtures and fittings are placed in a safe memorable place, ready for the second fix stage of the installation.
  • Protect all items with dustsheets and cardboard while they are unpacked and before being finally fitted.
  • Brassware should always be stored in its original packaging as this will help to avoid the item becoming scratched or blemished by work activities.
