This Policy explains how, when and we collect personal information about customers who engage with Puravida Bathrooms or use its services.  This could be via our website, writing to us by letter or e mail, via social media, or use our products or services in our showroom, over the telephone or online.  Once personal information is collected the policy explains what we do with this information, the conditions under which we may disclose it to a third party and the steps we take to keep the information secure.  It also explains your rights to control any personal information we hold about you.

Collection of Personal Information

When you use our services, contact us by telephone, email us, write to us, contact us via social media we will be inevitably be presented with your personal information.

It may be sometimes necessary for us to request and collect additional information from third parties, for example credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies as well as others in addition to information that is publicly available.

Details of the emails and other electronic communications that we have sent to you, including whether that communication has been opened and if you have clicked on any links within that communication.
For payments made online your card information is held by our third-party payment company.  The company we use specialise in handling credit/debit card transactions and such information is captured securely using the latest industry leading software.
